Nevoid hyperkeratosis of the nipple and areola: a diagnosis of exclusion

A 17-year-old woman presented with a 4 year history of hyperkeratotic and hyperpigmented lesions over both her nipples. She denied associated pain, pruritus, and discharge. The patient was not taking any medications and had never been pregnant. There was no personal or family history of any dermatologic diseases.
