Pyomyositis is an acute pyogenic infection of the skeletal muscle due to transient bacteremia in the setting of preexisting or concurrent muscular injury [1]. We present a case of iliopsoas pyomyositis diagnosed at the early suppurative phase by computed tomography (CT) and fine needle aspiration/biopsy (FNAB)
