Sir, Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) of the penis is a well-recognizedmanifestation of AIDS.1,2KS limited to the glans penis is rareand is usually a sign of generalized disease in classical type.However, especially in circumcised men, KS confined to thepenis is extremely uncommon in human immunodeficiencyvirus (HIV)-seronegative patients.
