Özet
A 61-year-old male with a history of a gunshot wound 40 years ago was scheduled for elective coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. His preoperative chest X-ray revealed what appeared to be a retrocardiac foreign body (Fig. 1). At the time of CABG, a bullet was noted in the inferior aspect of the myocardium adjacent to the posterior descending artery (Fig. 2). The bullet was removed and the patient had an uncomplicated postoperative course.
