Özet
In the patient with a combined loss of skin and tendons on
the dorsum of hand, a composite free anterolateral thigh
flap with vascularised fascia lata was used to create
double-vascularised layers, and the nonvascularised fascia
lata strip was used as a tendon graft for reconstruction of
the complex hand dorsum defect in one stage.
