Özet
Primary cardiac tumors are rare and approximately 50%
of them are atrial myxomas [1,2]. Myxomas rarely remain
asymptomatic, especially if they are large. On the other hand,
visualization of a myxoma by contrast dye during coronary
angiography is an infrequent sign, which clarifies the vascular supply of the tumor. The present study reports a case of
an asymptomatic giant left atrial myxoma, which was
opacified by contrast dye on right coronary angiography.
