Özet
A 56-year-old woman with coronary artery disease presented with the complaint of chest pain. She was hospitalized with the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. She
was taking acetylsalicylic acid, metoprolol, atorvastatin and
isosorbide mononitrate for coronary artery disease. The
medical history included: diabetes mellitus, hypertension,
and coronary artery bypass grafting surgery. The blood
pressure was 170/100 mmHg and the heart rate was
94 beats/min.
