Özet

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the undergraduate programs in tourism education within the scope of the CIPP model. In this context, undergraduate programs were examined in the context of the CIPP model which consists of interrelated components of context, input, process, and product elements. The quantitative research method was preferred and a survey was conducted with the students attending four universities in Turkey. The results indicate that based on the opinion of the students there are some strengths and weaknesses in the curriculums of the tourism undergraduate programs regarding the basic components of the CIPP model.
