dc.description.abstractLenfanjiomyomatozis lenf nodülü, lenfatik ve kan damarlarında hamartamatöz karakterde düz kas hücre proliferasyonu ile giden akciğer, mediasten ve abdomende görülebilen nadir bir hastalıktır (1). Üreme çağındaki genç kadınların hastalığı olarak bilinir. Ekstrapulmoner yayılım oldukça nadir olup en sık renal anjiomyiyomlar görülür. Bu çalışmada genç erkek hastada intraabdominal yerleşimli lenfanjiomyiyomatoz olgusu sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractLymphangiomyomatosis (LAM) is a rare idiopathic disease characterized by hamartomatous smooth muscle proliferation of the lymph nodes, lymphatics, blood vessels as well as airways within the lung, mediastinum and abdomen. Extrapulmonary LAM is quite rare. We represent a case of retroperitoneal lymhangioma in a young man as the only radiological finding of LAM.
