Özet
A 15-year-old boy was seen for acne vulgaris and a 9-month history of 2 peripherally depigmented melanocytic nevi. On physical examination, a junctional melanocytic nevus was noted on the right cheek and a compound nevus on the abdomen with a surrounding zone of depigmentation (Figure). In addition to these nevi, we noticed that both of the nipples and areolae were white but were surrounded by normal areola remnant (Figure). There was no family history of vitiligo or other autoimmune disorders. He was otherwise healthy
