dc.description.abstractBu çalışma sağlıklı bireylerin omuz eklem pozisyon hissinin farklı pozisyonlarda değerlendirilmesi ve klinikte kolaylıkla kullanılabilecek açı tekrarlama testi değerlerinin sağlıklı bireylerdeki ilk sonuçlarını ortaya koymak amacı ile yapıldı. Yöntem: Çalışmaya herhangi bir omuz problemi olmayan 53 sağlıklı gönüllü (17 erkek, 36 kadın) dahil edildi. Çalışmaya dahil edilen gönüllülerin omuz eklemi pozisyon duyusu lazer imleç yardımlı açı tekrarlama testi ile değerlendirildi. Sonuçlar: Kadın ve erkeklerin hem fleksiyon hem de abdüksiyon yönündeki açı tekrarlama testi ortalamaları arasında fark bulunmadı (p>0.05). Abdüksiyon yönündeki deviasyonun her iki grupta da fleksiyon yönündeki deviyasyondan daha fazla olduğu bulundu (p<0.05). Her iki grupta da denemeler arasında istatistiksel olarak farklılığın olduğu ve en fazla deviasyonun 3. denemede olduğu görüldü (p<0.05). Tartışma: Bu çalışma abdüksiyon pozisyonunda iken deviyasyonun fleksiyon pozisyonundakinden daha fazla olduğunu gösterdi. Bununla beraber açı tekrarlama testinde deneme sayısı arttıkça deviasyonun arttığı göz önünde bulundurularak her deneme öncesinde ilk poziyonun hatırlatılmasının daha güvenilir sonuçlar elde edilmesinde yararlı olabileceği düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to assess shoulder joint position sense in different positions and to produce pilot results of angle reproduction test in healthy individuals. Methods: The study included 53 healthy volunteers (17 males and 36 females) without shoulder problems. The shoulder joint position senses of the volunteers were assessed using laser pointer assisted angle reproduction test. Results: No differences were observed between average angle reproduction test values of females and males both in abduction and flexion (p&gt;0.05). In both groups deviation in abduction was higher compared to flexion (p&lt;0.05). In both groups, there were statistically significant differences between trials and the highest deviation showed at the 3rd trial (p&lt;0.05). Conclusion: This study showed that the deviation in abduction position was higher as compared with flexion position. However, considering increases in deviation as the number of trial in angle reproduction test, prior to each trial reminding the first position would be beneficial for obtaining more reliable results.en_US
