dc.description.abstractLet R be a ring with identity and I be a proper ideal of R. We define local I-semipotent and local semipotent rings. We give some characterizations of this rings which are a generalization of I-semipotent rings. We extend some known concepts to this structure. Moreover, we investigate the structure of a right R-module MR when End(MR) is a local semipotent ring.en_US
