dc.description.abstractDünyada yaygın olarak görülen ve ülkemizde endemik olan bruselloz, tüm organ ve sistemleri etkileyebilen, değişik klinik formların gözlendiği ve bazen tanı zorluğu yaşanan bir zoonozdur. Karaciğer tutulumu yaygın olmasına rağmen kolesistit ve karaciğer apsesi nadir görülen klinik formlarıdır. Hematolojik tutulum sıklıkla lökopeni ve anemi, nadiren de pansitopeni ile seyreder. Kolesistit ve pansitopeni tablosuyla gelen olgularda bruselloz ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulmalı ve gereksiz cerrahi girişimlerden sakınılmalıdır. Bu yazımızda, böyle bir olgu nedeniyle 64 yaşında akut brusellozlu bir kadın hasta sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractBrucellosis is an endemic disease in our country and a common problem worldwide. It can affect all organ systems. It is a zoonosis which is sometimes difficult to diagnose due to its various clinical forms. Liver involvement is usually seen, but cholecystitis and liver abscess are rare clinical forms of brucellosis. Hematological involvements are leukopenia, anemia and occasionally pancytopenia. In cases with pancytopenia and cholecystitis, brucellosis should be borne in mind in order to avoid unnecessary operations. In this article, we report a 64-year-old female with pancytopenia and cholecystitis due to acute brucellosis.en_US
