| dc.description.abstract | Fibromyalgia syndrom is a noninflammotory soft tissue rheumatism disease which charterized by widespread pain complaints and exist of "sensitive points" in certain region. 75%-95 % of patients are women and initial age is between 30 and 50 years old. It may appear alone or may accompany with another disorder. Fibromyalgia is in first range, between pictures which cause chronic pain and detectivity, due to it, incidence, loss of working power, medicine and other cost of therapy. People in this group, apply to hospital in hing range and have operation than others. Even if there is a lot of opinion to exist of that disease which has been discussed for years, discussions have been finished by officilly accept from the direction of World Health Organization in 1992. The population of patients with fibromyalgia is rather heteropeneous, so that treatment strategies should be selected and adapted according to characterictics of patient. | en_US |
