Özet
Metastatic breast cancer is a heterogenous disease. There are several subgroups according to pathological, biological and molecular behaviours of the tumor. Recurrent metastatic breast carcinoma (RMBC) and upfront metastatic breast carcinoma (UMBC) may differ according to clinical and prognostic characteristics. Intrinsic genetic heterogeneity may be responsible for these differences. To date, little is known about the clinical features and outcome of patients with UMBC
