dc.description.abstractYirmi beş yaşında kadın hasta kliniğimize sol yan ağrısı, halsizlik ve karında kitle nedeniyle başvurdu. Bilgisayarlı tomografi (BT)’de sol böbrek üst polde 140x110x50 mm boyutunda solid kitle saptandı. Radikal nefrektomi yapılan hastada cerrahi piyesin histopatolojik incelemesi piyelonefrit olarak raporlandı. Hasta, ameliyattan 6 ay sonra karında dev bir kitle ile başvurdu. Bu kitle BT’de hematom veya apse şeklinde tanımlandı. Eksplorasyonda 1000 cc nekrotik pıhtı benzeri materyal boşaltıldı. Bu materyalin histopatolojik incelemesi desmoplastik küçük yuvarlak hücreli tümör şeklinde idi.en_US
dc.description.abstractA 25 year-old woman admitted to our clinic due to left lomber pain, weakness and abdominal mass. On computerized tomography, 140x110x50 mm in diameter solid mass was detected in upper pole of the left kidney on computerized tomography (CT). The patient underwent left radical nephrectomy and histopathological examination of the specimen was reported as pyelonephritis. Six months after the operation, the patient admitted to our clinic with huge intraabdominal mass. It was defined as hematoma or abcess on CT. One thousand cc necrotic clot like material was evacuated in exploration. Histopathological examination of this material indicated desmoplastic small round cell tumor.en_US
