dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada Endüstri Meslek Liselerinde iletişim sürecine ilişkin öğretmen ve yönetici görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel yöntem modellerinden alan taraması kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, 2005-2006 öğretim yılında Bolu İlinde üç Endüstri Meslek Lisesinde görev yapan 179 öğretmen ve yönetici, araştırmanın örneklemini ise belirtilen okullarda görev yapan 74 öğretmen ve 43 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde frekans, yüzde, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizi teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre öğretmen ve yönetici görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir farkın olmadığı, cinsiyet ve brans değişkenine göre de öğretmen ve yönetici görüşleri arasında anlamlı bir farkın bulunmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to evaluate teachers’ and administers’ opinions about the process of communication at industrial vocational high schools. In this study, survey which is one the method was used. The population of the current study includes 179 teachers and administrators who worked in three Industrial Vocational High Schools in Bolu between the years 2005-2006.The sampling of this research consists of 74 teachers and 43 administrators working in the same schools. In the analysis of the data, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean,Standard deviation-test and one-way variance are used for the current study. According to the findings of this study, it has been realized that there is no significant difference between administrators’ and teachers’ opinions. Also, there is not a significant difference between administrators’ and teachers’ opinions in terms of the variables which are gender and branch.en_US
