dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bir olgu nedeniyle Sturge-Weber sendromu ile hipotansif glokom birlikteliğinin irdelenmesi. Gereç ve Yöntem : Olgu sunumu. Bulgular: Sağ yüz ve periorbital bölgeyi tutan nevus flammeuslu hastada diffüz koroidal hemanjiom mevcuttu. Göz içi basıncı (GİB) normal olmasına karşın sağ gözde C/D oranı 0,8, sol gözde 0,2 idi. Görme alanı her iki gözde normaldi. Sonuç: Normal veya sınırda GlB ve normal görme alanı muayenesine karşın C/D oranı yüksekliğiyle hipotansif glokom gelişebilir. Olgumuz göstermektedir ki Sturge -Weber sendromunda antiglokom tedavinin erken dönemde düzenlenmesi önemlidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPurpose: Sturge-Weber syndrome is an uncommon disease. We presant a patient with Sturge-Weber syndrome in this study. Materials and Method: Case report. Results: There is a diffuse choroidal haemangioma in a patient with nevus flammeus in right frontal and periorbital area, C/D ratio was 0,8 on the right and 0,2 on the left eye but the visuald fields were normal in both eyes. Conclusion: Antiglaucoma management is necessary in the early stage of Sturge Weber syndrome cases who have a high C/D ratio, with normal or borderline IOP and normal visual field.en_US
