Özet
A variety of etiologies such as photoallergic, phototoxic, immunologic and metabolic factors have been postulated in chronic actinic dermatitis. Presented case had a chronic eczematous plagues consistent with chronic actinic dermatid. In addition, he had an uncommon lesion presented as vitiligo like depigmentation. Sesquiterpene lactone mix was positive in the standard patch test. Thus, we discussed the relationship between chronic actinic dermatitis and "compositae" dermatitis according to the result of this test. Finally, the effectiveness of azathioprine treatment was summarized.
