Özet
In this case presentation, we reported 3 young patients with retinal vein occlusion. None of the patients showed any risc factors at the end of detailed systemic examinations. Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase C677T and A1298C with plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 heterozygote gene mutations were detected in all patients on genetic analysis. The presence of thrombophilic risk factors should be considered in young patients with central retinal vein occlusion.
