Özet
Anal incontinence is defined as involuntary defecation at least for two times in a month. Minor one is gas or liquid feces incontinance and major one is formed feces incontinance. Although it is a benign pathology, it causes low quality of life, psyhological and social problems. Because lots of pathologolies can cause anal incontinance, the differential diagnosis is important for the treatment. Aim of treatment includes to reconstruct the correctable pathologies and improve the quality of life.
