dc.description.abstractBu makalede, Ülkücü Hareketin 1980 öncesinde yaşadığı ideolojik dönüşüm, Hareketin ideologlarından Ahmet Arvasi üzerinden anlatılmıştır. Başlangıçta daha seküler bir milliyetçilik anlayışını temsil eden Ülkücü Hareket zamanla, milliyetçilikle İslam'ı sentezleyen bir niteliğe kavuşmuştur. Bunun en önemli nedeni, Ülkücü Hareketin tabanını oluşturan ve sola karşı sokak mücadelesi veren taşralı, muhafazakâr gençlerin maneviyat arayışına ancak İslam'ın yanıt verebileceğine ilişkin düşüncedir. 1980 öncesi Türkiye'de iç savaş ve siyasal kutuplaşma derinleştikçe bu arayış hız kazanmış, İslamizasyon süreci de derinleşmiştir. İslamizasyonu "Türk-İslam Ülküsü" adıyla sistematize eden Ahmet Arvasi, bu arayışın fikir düzeyindeki en önemli temsilcilerinden biridir ve bu çalışmada Ülkücü Hareketin yaşadığı ideolojik dönüşüm Arvasi'nin düşünceleri üzerinden incelenecektiren_US
dc.description.abstractIn this article the ideological transformation of the Ülkücü Movement before 1980 is analyzed via one of the ideologues of the Movement, Ahmet Arvasi. The Ülkücü Movement which represented a more secular perception of nationalism, reached in time, a new form that synthesizes nationalism with Islam. The most important reason for this was the idea that only Islam can meet the pursuit of morale among the provincial, conservative youth who was fighting against political left and constituting the power base of Ülkücü Movement. This pursuit got accelerated and the process of Islamization was intensified as the civil war and political polarization got deepened during the pre-1980 period. Ahmet Arvasi, who systematized Islamization under the title of ‘Turkish-Islamic Ideal’, was one of the most prominent representatives of this pursuit in terms of ideology and this article will explore the ideological transformation of the Ülkücü Movement by focusing on the ideas of Arvasien_US
