Özet
Bu çalışmada futbol hakemlerinin kor stabilizasyonu, solunum fonksiyonları ve sakatlanma riski değerlerinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Çalışmaya yaş ortalaması 21,1±6,7 yıl olan toplam 34 birey dahil edildi. Bireylerin demografik verileri ve fiziksel özellikleri alındıktan sonra Uluslararası Fiziksel Aktivite Anketi Kısa Formu dolduruldu. Solunum fonksiyon testleri, derin lumbal kas kuvveti ve enduransı, koşu performansları, sakatlanma riskleri ve kor stabilizasyonu değerlendirildi. The aim of this study was to investigate the core stabilization, respiratory function and risk of injury values of football referees.
