dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada, rol değişiminin ve sosyal ortamın beyin yazımı (bireylerin düşüncelerini yazarak paylaşması) modelinde düşünce üretimine etkisi incelenmiştir. Rol değişimi koşuluna seçkisiz olarak atanan katılımcılar, rollerini beyin fırtınası oturumunun ilk yarısından sonra değiştirmişlerdir. Buna karşılık, rol değiştirmeme koşulunda olan katılımcılar ise aynı rollerini iki oturum boyunca devam ettirmişlerdir. Sonuçlar, rol değişiminde bulunan katılımcıların bulunmayanlara göre daha fazla düşünce ürettiklerini göstermektedir. Etkileşim (birlikte çalışan) çiftlerinin de nominal (tek başına çalışan) çiftlere göre daha fazla düşünceye sahip olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu bulgular, sosyal kimlik kuramı ve beyin fırtınası literatürü ışığı altında tartışılmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the current research the effects of role exchange and social context on the idea generation was investigated in the brainwriting paradigm (where the participants exchanged their ideas in a written format). The participants randomly assigned to the role exchange condition changed their roles after the first brainstorming session. However, those in the no-role exchange condition continued to use their same roles during the two brainstorming sessions. The results indicated that the participants in the role exchange condition generated a higher number of ideas than those in the no-role exchange condition. Interactive dyads were also found to have more ideas than nominal dyads. These results were discussed in light of social identity theory and the brainstorming literature.en_US
