dc.description.abstractAlt oblik kası aşırı fonksiyonu nedeniyle kliniğimize başvuran 3 ve 38 yaşlarındaki iki kadın olguya alt oblik miyektomi ameliyatı uygulandı. İki olguda da ameliyat sonrası birinci gün internal oftalmoplejiye bağlı anizokori gelişti. İki olguda da internal oftalmopleji üç ay içerisinde tedavisiz düzeldi.en_US
dc.description.abstractTwo patients were presented with inferior oblique muscle overaction and inferior oblique myectomy procedure was applied in our clinic. Both of them had anisocoria due to internal ophthalmoplegia at the first posoperative day and internal ophthalmoplegia improved without any treatment within a period of three months.en_US
