Özet

Balkan Wars took place during the alliance of Ottoman State with Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia and Montenegro between the years of 1912-1913. Balkan Wars resulted in quite heavy consequences in terms of Ottoman State. The most important of these is the extermination of the Ottoman State's existence in Balkans and emigration of hundreds of thousands of Muslim population that do not want to suffer atrocities into Istanbul and Anatolia. During Balkan Wars, among many foreign and domestic associations conducting aid activities for Ottoman soldiers and emigrants, American Red Cross Organization attracts attention. In this study, the activities of American Red Cross Organization for Ottoman soldiers and especially for emigrants. The areas the organization helped to improve were food, clothing, fuel, accommodation, employment and health..
