dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışmasında, alüminyum 6xxx serisinde yer alan AA 6082 sac malzemenin yaşlandırma ısıl işlemi yapılmış ve çözeltiye alma tavı yapılmış halde yorulma testine tabi tutulması ve sonuçların karşılaştırılması ele alınmıştır. Bu sayede, alaşıma uygulanan farklı ısıl işlem şartlarının yorulma özellikleri üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yaşlandırma sertleştirilmesi yapılmış numunelere uygulanan çözeltiye alma tavı işleminin mikro yapı üzerine etkileri SEM'de görüntülenmiş ve yorumlanmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, uygulanan çözeltiye alma tavının yorulma ömrüne etkisi yapılan testler sonucunda ortaya konulmuş ve temper durumunun yorulma ömrünü etkilediği kesin olarak görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the AA 6082 (6xxx series) sheet material was subjected to fatigue testing in age hardened and annealed conditions and the results obtained were compared. Thus, the effect of different temper contion on fatigue properties of the alloy was investigated. The influence of temper condition on the microstructure was investigated by employing SEM and then discussed. As a result, the effect of the temper condition on fatigue life was evaluated by conducting fatigue tests and it was well demonstrated that the temper condition affected the fatigue life.en_US
