Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, cimnastikçilerde egzersize bağlı olarak; büyümeyi etkileyen insülin, obestatin, leptin, açil ghrelin, büyüme hormonu (BH) ve IGF-I hormonlarının Hazırlık, Müsabaka ve Geçiş Dönemlerinde incelenmesidir. Araştırmaya 9-11 yaşları arasında 9 elit bayan cimnastikçi katılmıştır. Üç dönem boyunca sabah saat 08:00'de açlık, 09:30'da antrenman öncesi, 12:30'da antrenman sonrası ve 14:00'te toparlanma sonrası kan örnekleri alınmış ve plazma insülin, obestatin, leptin, açil ghrelin, BH ve IGF-I seviyeleri belirlenmiştir. Hazırlık ve Müsabaka dönemlerinde sabah antrenmanları 09:30-12:30 saatleri arasında yapılmıştır
The purpose of this study was to investigate exercise induced variation of insulin, obestatin, leptin, acyl ghrelin, Growth Hormone (GH), and IGF-I hormones in transition, preparation and competition training periods in gymnasts. Nine female gymnasts aged between 9-11 years were participated in this study. Blood samples were collected at 08:00h (fasting), 09:30h (pre-training), 12:30h (post-training) and 14:00h (following recovery) during transition, preparation and competition training periods, and plasma level of insulin, obestatin, leptin, acyl ghrelin, GH and IGF-I were assessed. Morning workouts were conducted between 09:00-12:30h during preparation and competition training periods.
