Özet
Hz. Muhammed, henüz hayatta iken sahabe tarafından onu öven şiirler yazılmaya başlanmıştır. Kökleri bu şiirlere kadar inebilen mevlid yazma geleneği, özellikle Arap ve Türk edebiyatında yaygınlaşmıştır. 15. yy.a gelindiğinde ise Anadolu sahasında, mevlid türü epeyce rağbet görmeye başlamıştır. Bu çalışmaya konu olan mevlid metni de, işte bu yüzyıl içinde yazılan ve etkileri oldukça geniş olan bir mesnevidir. Bu çalışmada, Ahmed'in Mevlid'inin Milli Kütüphane'de Yz. A 3424 yer numarasıyla ve 'Manzûm Kitâb' adıyla kayıtlı, 1483/1484'te istinsah edilen, eldeki en eski nüshasıyla ilgili dil incelemesi yapılmış, metin transkribe edilmiş, dil içi çevirisi yapılmış ve çalışmanın sonuna kelime dizini ile sözlük eklenmiştir.
Even when Muhammad (the prophet of Islam) was alive, the poems which praising him had begun to be written by the sahabe - the companions of Muhammad. The tradition of writing mevlid, which its roots can be based on the poems referred to above, was common especially in the Arab and Turkish literature. Particularly in the 15th century, the genre of mevlidwas mostly tended by the poets. The mevlid text which is the subject of this thesis is also created in the same century, and it is a mesnevi its effects are considerably extensive. In this thesis the Ahmed's Mevlid which is recorded with the number of Yz. A 3424 in the National Library of Turkey was studied. Also the manuscript is recorded as 'Manzûm Kitâb'in the library, and it is the oldest MS of the Ahmed's Mevlid and it was copied in 1483-1484. The copy was examined in terms of the language, transcription and translation to the contemporary Turkish. In addition, the index of the words and the dictionary based on the text were added to the end of the study.
