Özet
İntravasküler papiller endotelyal hiperplazi benign, non-neoplastik vasküler bir lezyondur. Histopatolojik olarak vasküler lümen içinde endotelle örtülü papillalar varlığı ile karakterizedir. Literatürdeki vakaların çoğunluğunda baş, boyun, üst ve alt ekstremite derisinde tanımlanmıştır. Genellikle 4.dekaddaki bayan hastalarda bildirilir. Lokal eksizyon ile tam tedavisi yapılabilmektedir.
Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia is a benign, non-neoplastic, vascular lesion. This lesion is characterized histopathologically by the presence of a papillary growth within the vascular lumen. The vast majority of cases reported in the literature were diagnosed in the skin of the head, neck, and the upper and lower extremities. It has no age predisposition. It presents more commonly in women in their 4th decade. Local excision is the only curative therapy for this lesion.
