Returning to native vessels with endovascular method and excision of infected grafts in the limb with recurrent graft occlusion

Infections of grafts used in vascular surgery, despite both surgical and medical measures, are an important problem that causes serious problems for the patient and the physician. Difficulties in diagnosing and planning treatment make this situation more complicated. Considering the serious consequences of this clinical picture, the patient should be evaluated well. After the diagnosis is confirmed, the excision of the graft with a serious antibiotherapy and the need to restore the revascularization, if necessary, may vary depending on the clinical picture.
