| dc.description.abstract | Solar makülopati; makülanın güneş ışınlarına direkt maruziyeti sonucu oluşan maküler hasar olarak tanımlanır. Maküler hasarın temelinin güneş ışığının retina üzerindeki fotokimyasal ve termal etkilerin kombinasyonu sonucu oluştuğu düşünülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; görme azlığı şikayeti ile olan ve bilateral geç dönem solar makülopati tanısı konan 46 yaşındaki bir olgunun; optik koherens tomografi ve fundus flouresan anjiografi bulguları ile beraber değerlendirilmesi ve tartışılmasıdır. | en_US |
