dc.description.abstractGünümüzde mesleğe ilişkin yeterliliklerin ve tutumların kazandırıldığı eğitim kurumlarının vermiş olduğu eğitimin ve bu kurumların sahip olduğu olanakların, öğrencilerin mesleğine ilişkin algısında dolayısıyla kariyer elde etme yolundaki öğrenme motivasyonlarında oldukça önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu çerçevede yapılan çalışmanın amacı, mesleki eğitim programlarına katılan gastronomi ve mutfak sanatları bölümü ile aşçılık programı öğrencilerinin eğitim algılarının öğrenme motivasyonlarına olan etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Yapılan çalışmada araştırmanın evrenini 2019 yılı itibari ile beşincisi düzenlenen Mengen Ulusal Aşçılık Kampı mesleki eğitim programına katılan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada evrenin bütününe ulaşma şansı olduğundan örnekleme yöntemine gidilmemiş evrenin tümünden veri elde edilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında belirlenen evrenden verilerin toplanmasında anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler ise ilgili yöntemlerle analize tabi tutulmuştur. Bu kapsamda araştırmada değişkenlere yönelik tanımlayıcı istatistiki analizlerden, değişkenlere ilişkin demografik gruplar arasındaki farklılıklara yönelik varyans analizlerinden ve katılımcıların eğitim algısının öğrenme motivasyonu üzerindeki etkisine yönelik ise basit doğrusal regresyon analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda mesleki eğitim algısı ile öğrenme motivasyonu bağlamında demografik özellikleri açısından ayrılan gruplar arasında herhangi bir farklılık olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak araştırma kapsamında belirlenen hipotezlere yönelik yapılan analizler sonucunda öğrencilerin eğitim algılarının öğrenme motivasyonları üzerinde önemli düzeyde bir etkisi olduğu saptanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractToday, it is believed that the education of the educational institutions where qualifications and attitudes regarding professions are gained and the opportunities of these institutions have great importance on the perceptions of students regarding the profession, thus, their learning motivation in the path of making a career. The aim of the current study conducted within this framework is to reveal the effects of education perceptions of students of gastronomy and culinary arts department and cookery program, who participated in vocational education programs, on their learning motivation. In this study, the students of the Mengen National Cookery Camp vocational training program, which was held for the fifth time in 2019, are the students the universe of the research. Due to the accessibility of the whole population of the study, sampling was not needed and data were collected from the whole population of the study. The surveying technique was adopted in the data collection procedure from the sample determined within the framework of the study. The collected data were analyzed by related methods. Within this scope, in the study, descriptive statistics were used for the analyses of the variables while variance analyses were used for detecting the differences in demographic groups regarding the variables in addition to simple linear regression analyses for determining the effects of the education perception of participants on their learning motivation. As a result of the analyses, no difference was observed within the context of vocational education perception and learning motivation between the groups that were divided in terms of their demographic characteristics. However, as a result of the analyses conducted for the hypotheses determined within the study, it was concluded that the education perception of the students had a significant level of effect on their learning motivation.en_US
