dc.description.abstractBilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerindeki hızlı gelişmelerin etkisi ile küreselleşme süreci hız kazanmıştır. Küreselleşme sosyal, ekonomik ve siyasal bütün alanlarda etkide bulunmaktadır. Eğitim kurumları da küreselleşme sürecinden etkilenmektedir. Okul yöneticilerinin yeterlilikleri de bu süreç doğrultusunda değişime uğramaktadır. Bu açıdan küreselleşme sürecinde ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerinin yeterliliklerinin ne olduğu araştırılmıştır. Veriler anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın alanını Bolu ilinde bulunan 34 ilköğretim okulu yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler frekans, yüzde ve aritmetik ortalama kullanılarak analiz yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada küreselleşme sürecinde ilköğretim okulu yöneticilerin nitelikleri öğretmenleri yönlendirebilme, sürekli gelişimi benimseme, bilgisayar teknolojisini kullanabilme, vizyon sahibi olma, öğretmenlerin işleri ile ilgili karar almalarına izin verme, takım çalışması yapabilme, çevre ile iletişim kurabilme, öğretmenleri destekleme, işbirliği yapabilme, yenilikçi olma, interneti kullanabilme, yaratıcı olma, yeni fikirlere açık olma, katılımcı karar alma, hoşgörülü olma, uyum sağlayabilme, yetki devredebilme, evrensel değerlere bağlılık ve kendini yenileme isteği olarak tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe process of globalization gained acceleration with the effects of quick developments in the information and communication technology. Globalization influences in all social, economical and politic issues. Educational foundations are also affected by the globalization. The competence of the school administrators changes depending on this process. From this point of view, it is aimed to search what the competence of the administrator is. The data was obtained by means of survey. 34 administrators of the primary schools in Bolu was composed the area of this study. The statistical analysis of the obtained data was analysed using fruquency, percentage and average. In this study, the competences of the administrators primary schools in the process of globalization were determined as; orienting the teachers, doption of continual development, using computers Technologies, forming vision, to allow teachers to decide on issues related to teachers’ affair, making team work, relations with the environment, supporting the teachers, making cooperation, innovating, using internet, creating, being open to new ideas, participatory decision-making, to be able to adopt, devolution, loyalty of universal values, willingness to renewal himself/herself.
