dc.description.abstractSoğuk Savaş sonrası dönemde, Rusya Federasyonu sancılı bir geçiş süreci yaşamıştır. Bu süreçte ekonomik, sosyal ve siyasi alanlarda birçok buhran ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu buhranlar sonucunda ülkenin ekonomisi gerilemiş, iç ve dış politikasında ise bir takım belirsizlikler baş göstermiştir. Böylece Rusya için dışarıda olumsuz bir ülke imajı oluşmuştur. Pragmatist bir çizgi takip eden Vladimir Putin yönetimi ise öncelikli olarak Rusya’nın ekonomik durumunu düzeltmiş ve iç politikada merkezi idarenin gücünü artırıcı önlemler almıştır. Böylece içerde güçlenen Rusya dışarıda da etkin bir dış politika izleme imkânına kavuşmuştur. Bu makalede Putin yönetiminin Rus dış politikasında önceliği olan aktörlerle kurduğu ikili ilişkiler analiz edilmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the post-cold war era, Russia has experienced a painful transformation period. In this period, a lot of economic, social and political crisis have been encountered. As a result of those crises, the economy of the country went into regression, and, some uncertainties were experienced in both internal and external politics. All those caused a pessimistic image for the country in the external world. Vladimir Putin’s administration who followed pragmatic policies, has started with the fixture of economic conditions, and has taken some measures to enhance the power of central government. Thus, Russia, by enhancing its internal situation, has had the ability to follow an efficient foreign policy. In this paper, Putin’s administrations bilateral relations, with the actors who have priority in Russian foreign policy have been analyzed.en_US
