dc.description.abstractTürkiye'de 1961 Anayasası ile sağlanan örgütlülük haklarıyla güçlenen sol siyasal hareketi, 1971 Askeri Muhtırası ile ezilmiştir. Bu dönemde CHP, kendisini ilk kez ortanın solunda bir parti olarak nitelendirmiştir. Bülent Ecevit, bu sloganı sahiplenmiş ve bu politikayla 1972'de partinin genel başkanı olmuştur. Böylelikle parti içi sol kanat, CHP içinde gücünü arttırmıştır. CHP'nin 1973 yılında hapisteki sol görüşlü aydınlar ve öğrencilere yönelik yasalaştırdığı af ile sol siyasi hareketle olan ilişkileri güçlenmiştir. Tohumlarını 1960'lar itibariyle atıp 1970'ler boyunca açığa vuran ekonomik, toplumsal ve kültürel değişimler 1973-80 yıllarının organik kriz dönemine dönüşmesine sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmada; Türkiye'nin organik kriz döneminde CHP'nin karşı hegemonya mücadelesini üstlendiği varsayımı üzerinden hareket edilmiştir. Bu dönem, Gramsci'nin siyasal kavramları temelinde incelenmiştir. CHP'nin karşı hegemonya mücadelesini nasıl kurduğu araştırılmıştır. Bunun Gramşiyan perspektifte bir karşı hegemonya mücadelesi olarak okunup okunamayacağı değerlendirilmiştir. Bu alanda literatür taraması yapıldığında, Türkiye'de çeşitli dönemler ve çeşitli siyasal partiler temelinde yürütülen karşı hegemonik mücadelelere ilişkin yapılan çalışmalar olduğu görülmüştür. Bununla birlikte 1973-80 organik kriz dönemi temel alınarak CHP'nin Gramşiyan anlamda bir karşı hegemonik mücadelesine ilişkin bir tez çalışmasına rastlanılmamıştır. Bu çalışmada, 1973-80 dönemi arası parti dokümanları, gazeteler, dergiler ve diğer belgeler dahilinde literatür taraması yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe leftist political movement, which was strengthened by the right to organize in Turkey with the 1961 Constitution, was crushed by the 1971 Military Memorandum. In this period, the Republican People's Party (RPP) described itself as a left-of-centre party for the first time. Bulent Ecevit became the leader of the party in 1972 with this policy to embrace this slogan. Thus, the left wing increased its power within the RPP. With the amnesty that the RPP enacted for left-wing intellectuals and students in prison in 1973, its relations with the leftist political movement became stronger. The economic, social and cultural changes that planted the seeds in the 1960s and revealed throughout the 1970s caused the years 1973-80 to turn into an organic crisis period. In this study, it was assumed that the RPP undertook the counter-hegemony struggle in Turkey's organic crisis period. This period has been studied on the basis of Gramsci's political concepts. It has been researched how the RPP established its counter-hegemony struggle. It has been evaluated whether this can be read as a counter-hegemony struggle in Gramscian perspective. In the literature review, it has been seen that there are studies on counter-hegemonic struggles carried out on the basis of various periods and various political parties in Turkey. However, no thesis study on a Gramscian counter-hegemonic struggle of the RPP based on the 1973-80 organic crisis period has been encountered. In this study; the literature was searched within party documents, newspapers, magazines and other documents between the period 1973-80.en_US
