dc.description.abstractTez çalışmamızda, sadece Bolu tarihine ait değil aynı zamanda bu şehrin iktisadi, dini, hukuki ve sosyal yapısına ait bilgiler içeren Şer'iye Sicilini kullandık. Çalışmamın amacı 1687-1688 yıllarında Bolunun tarihine ışık tutabilmektir.Önce Hicri 1099 (Miladi 1687-1688) tarihli ve 836 numaralı Bolu Şer'iye Sicilininin transkripsiyonunu gerçekleştirdik. Daha sonra Bolu'nun askeri, idari, ekonomik ve sosyo-kültürel yapısını ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Son olarak dönemin Osmanlı hukuk dilini anlaşılabilir olmasını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla bir de sözlük ilave ettik.Anahtar Kelimeler: Bolu Kenti, Şer`iye Sicili, Hukuk, Şehir, XVII. dc.description.abstractIn my thesis I used the court record of Bolu which comprises information not only about the history of Bolu but also about the economic, religious, judicial and social structure of the city. The aim of my thesis is to set light to the history of Bolu in the years of 1687-1688.Firstly the transcription of court record of Bolu numbered 836 and dated H. 1099 (1687-1688) was realized. Then I try to expose the structure of Bolu such as military, administrative, economical and socio-cultural unit. Finally, I added a glossary in order to appreciate the Ottoman law language of this period.Key Words: The city of Bolu, Court Record, Law, City, The Ottoman State in the XVIIth Century.en_US
