| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET ÇAĞDAŞ VE DEMOKRATİK EĞİTİMDE TEFTİŞ ÖZDEMİR, Tuncay Doktora, Eğitim Bilimleri Bölümü Tez Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. H. Nihat BİLGEN Kasım 2001, (xiii)+(262) sayfa Bu araştırmanın amacı, Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim anlayışı bağlamında, ilköğretimde teftişe ilişkin, Bolu ili ilköğretim müfettişleri ile ilköğretim okulları yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini saptamak, analiz edip yorumlayarak, gerekli hallerde önerilerde bulunmaktır. Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim anlayışı bağlamında, ilköğretimde teftişin, konu ve kuramsal temelini, Bilgen'in Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim Kuramı oluşturmuştur. Müfettiş, yönetici ve öğretmenlerin, Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim anlayışı bağlamında teftişe ilişkin görüşleri, aritmetik ortalamalar açısından, çoğunlukla, "az" kategorisinde bulunmuştur. Görev grupları değişkeninde, Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim anlayışı bağlamında teftiş görüşlerine ilişkin, anket maddelerinin birlikte değerlendirilmesinde,.05 düzeyinde anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Fakat, maddelerin her biri açısından ise; farklı maddelerde, görev grupları değişkeninde anlamlı farklar bulunmuştur. Müfettişler ile yönetici ve öğretmen gruplarının, bazı maddelere ilişkin farklı görüşlere sahip olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Bulgulardan hareketle, sonuçta, anket maddelerine ilişkin görüşler doğrultusunda, paradigmalar ortaya konmuştur.Son olarak, Çağdaş ve Demokratik Eğitim anlayışı bağlamında teftişe ilişkin önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Nihat BİLGEN November 2001, (xiii)+(262) pages The aim of this study is to find out the views of the supervisors as well as of the administrators and teachers in basic education schools in the province of Bolu with respect to supervision in basic education within the framework of an understanding of Contemporary and Democratic Education, and based on an analysis of them, to make remarks and suggestions if deemed necessary. As far as contemporary and democratic education is concerned, the theoretical basis of supervision in basic education is constructed by Bilgen's theory of Contemporary and Democratic Education. The supervisors, administrators and teachers' views with respect to supervision in the field of contemporary and democratic education have been generally clustered in the category of "little" based on the arithmetic mean. When analyzed altogether, it has not been found a significant difference at the level of.05 in the variables regarding the views of supervision of the post groups within the context of contemporary and democratic education. However, as far as each questionnaire item is concerned, significant differences have been found in the variables of the post groups. It has been found that the supervisor, the administrator and the teacher have different views about some of the items. Consequently, in the light of the findings, paradigms in line with the views about the questionnaire items have been reached. inFinally, suggestions pertinent to supervision in the context of an understanding of contemporary and democratic education have been made.
