dc.description.abstract | Domestic and international mortgage systems can play an important role in supplying good quality housing units and improving the quality of life in some shanty towns. Developed countries have operated strong mortgage system; however, in emerging markets such as Turkey, Mexico, Argentina, it has not operated well. Housing units, used amount of housing loans, number of people, and GDP /capita will be analyzed, and searching the relationship between main expenditure groups and the used amount of loans. It was found that there is a negative linear relationship between used amount of mortgage loans and the housing expenditure index in Turkey. | en_US |
