In this study, the knowledge which is difficulty for the teaching careers of the students who taken all education courses gained from teaching courses is measured using the 'scaling with fifth and third conditions of statesequation' technique which is special statesof 'scaling with paired comparisons' which is considered under the scope of the 'law of comparative judgments. ' In this scope, it is claimed that this research contributes to the use of scaling difficulty level of teaching courses based on pre-service teachers'opinions and introduction of pair-wise comparison techniques which has wide range of applicability and scaling with 'scaling with fifth and third stateequation' technique which is the special stateof 'scaling with paired comparisons. ' Pre-service teachers (N=90) who take all teaching courses attending Bolu Abant Izzet Baysal University in academic year of 2018-2019 participated to this study. Scaling values related to the difficulty of teaching career courses are determined based on fifth condition of state equation analyses of data (0,949 for development psychology, 0,901 for psychology of learning, 0,864 for teaching methods and techniques, 0,000 for curriculum development, 0,740 for measurement and evaluation, 0,791 for guidance), third condition of stateequation analyses of data (1,17 for development psychology, 1,15 for psychology of learning, 1,13 for teaching methods and techniques, 0,000 for curriculum development, 0,93 for measurement and evaluation, 1,07 for guidance). For two state (V. and III. conditions of states) findings imply that the participants Express the 'Curriculum Development' as the most of difficult course among the other teaching career courses for their teaching careers. Ihe order of the importance of courses to teaching career courses is as follows: 'Measurement and Evaluation, ' 'Guidance, ' 'Teaching Methods and Techniques, 'Development Psychology, 'Psychology of Learning'. © Peter Lang GmbH.en_US
