dc.description.abstractBu çalısmanın amacı meslek yüksekokulu ögretim elemanlarının 4702 sayılı yasa dogrultusunda ögrencilerin sınavsız meslek yüksekokullarına (MYO) girmesine iliskin görüslerini belirlenmesidir. Çalısma nitel arastırma olarak düzenlenmistir ve bu çalısmanın örneklemini Meslek Yüksek Okullarında görev yapan 41 ögretim elemanı olusturmaktadır. Ögretim elemanlarının meslek yüksek okullarına göre dagılımı su sekildedir: Düzce Meslek Yüksekokulu (n=14), Bolu Meslek Yüksekokulu (n=10), Kaman Meslek Yüksekokulu (n=17) kisidir. Çalısma sırasında arastırmanın amacı dogrultusunda arastırmacılar tarafından gelistirilmis yarı yapılandırılmıs görüsme formu kullanılmıstır. Görüsmeler dogrultusunda elde edilen sonuçlardan bazıları sunlardır: Katılımcılar sınavsız geçisin kaldırılması gerektigini, genellikle mezuniyet yılı kriterini uygun olmadıgını ve kriterler arasında ortaögretim ögrenim süresinin mutlaka olması gerektigi düsünmektedirler.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the opinions of vocational high schools’ academic staff about placement without the Student Selection and Placement System according to article number 4702. The study was designed as a qualitative study and the subjects of this study are 41 academic staff who are working at vocational high schools.The distribution of academic staff is as follows: (n=14) of whom are working at Düzce Vocational High School, (n=10) of whom are working at Bolu Vocational High School and (n=17) of whom are working at Kaman Vocational High School. In the study, semi-structured interview forms are used by the researchers line with the aim of the study. Some of the findings obtained from the interviews are as follows: The participants believed that placement without the Student Selection and Placement System should be taken away. They generally believed that year of graduation criterian is not appropriate. The participants thought that the year of training should be considered among the criterian.
