dc.description.abstractTurizm, ekonomik, sosyal ve teknolojik gelişmelerle değişip kapsamını genişletmektedir. Sürdürülebilir turizm politika ve uygulamaları, destinasyonlarda turizm süreçlerinin mevcut durumunu etkilemekle kalmaz, aynı zamanda sonraki yıllara yönelik gelişimi konusunda da öngörüler ortaya koymaya imkân verir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Bolu’nun Göynük ilçesinde tarihi konak işletmeleri yöneticilerinin sürdürülebilir turizm girişimlerine yönelik genel değerlendirmelerinin ve bölgedeki mevcut duruma ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışma nitel araştırma modeli altında gerçekleştirilmiş, verilerin elde edilmesinde yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada katılımcıların sürdürülebilir turizm girişimlerine ilişkin önem ve performans değerlendirmeleri sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda yerel turizm işletmelerinin desteklenmesinde ‘‘ekonomik destek gereksinimleri’’; bölgede turizmin dört mevsime yayılmasında ‘‘doğal kaynaklar’’,‘‘kültür ve inanç turizmi’’ ile ‘‘termal turizm tesislerine yakınlık’’ temaları etkili unsurlar olarak gözlenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractTourism is expanding its scope by changing economic, social and technological developments. Sustainable tourism policies and practices not only influence the current situation of the tourism processes in destinations but also allow to assert predictions about development for the following years. The purpose of this study is to examine the general evaluations of the managers of the historic mansion enterprises for sustainable tourism initiatives and views about the current situation in the region in Göynük, Bolu. The study was carried out pursuant to qualitative research method, a semi-structured interviewing form was used for obtaining the data. As a result of the research, "economic support requirements" about supporting of the local tourism enterprises; "natural resources", "culture and belief tourism" and "proximity to thermal tourism facilities" were observed as effective elements in spreading tourism to four seasons in the region.en_US
