The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between high school teachers' opinions about gossip and synergy in their current organizations and to make clear whether there are significant relationship between the opinions or not. In this study it is also tried to be understood if the opinions differentiate within the personality variables. The study was done in accordance with correlational survey model. Frequency values, means, percentages, and standart deviations related to the gathered data were calculated by SPSS. After this process, Mann Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis and Spearman Rho tests of calculated values were applied. The opinions of high school teachers were found at "Disagree" level in "having information" and "developing relations" factors. When, the opinions related to the "organizational harm" factor were examined, it was found at "Agree" level. When the teachers' opinions related to the organizational synergy were examined, it was understood that the avarege opinions are at "Frequently" level in "interaction and appraisal", "organizational integration", "strategy" and "update and refreshment" factors. When the high school teachers' opinions about organizational gossip were evaluated according to the personal variables, there aren't seen any significant differences between gender, educational background, branch, marital status, and the number of teachers variables. But, it was seen that there are significant differences between the teachers' years of seniority and labor union membership variables in "organiztional harm" subscale. When the teachers' opinions about organizational synergy were evaluated in line with their personal features, there were found some significant differences between gender, branch, marital status and labor union membership variables in "organizational integration" subscale. In "strategy" subscale, there were found significant differences between branch, years of seniority, and labor union membership variables. Between the opinions related to the "update and refreshment" subscale, there were found significant differences in branch and labor union membership variables. As the total scale was evaluated, there were found significant differences between 'branch' and 'labour union' membership variables. When the relationship between the scales was evaluated generally, the opinions of high school teachers about organizational gossip and organizational synergy were found as having the negative significant correlation.
