dc.description.abstractBu araştırma farklı dozlarda tavuk ve hindi gübresi uygulamalarının kudret narı (Momordica charantia L.) verim ve bazı kalite özelliklerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla Bolu iklim şartlarında 2021 yılında yürütülmüştür. Araştırma Deneme Tesadüf Blokları Deneme Desenine göre 3 tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuş ve 4 farklı (1000, 1250, 1500 ve 1750 kg/da) hindi ve tavuk gübresi dozları ile kontrol (gübresiz) uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, %50 çiçeklenme süresi (55,00-70,33 gün), ilk meyve bağlama süresi (62,00-79,33 gün ), bitki boyu (82,23-119,17 cm), meyve boyu (8,47-11,15 cm), meyve çapı ( 3,56-4,20 cm), et kalınlığı (4,09-5,27 mm), tohum sayısı (15.97-23,63 adet ), 1000 tane ğırlığı (133,17-164,03 g), yaş ağırlık (246,93-1423,26 kg/da), yaş ağırlık (49,39-131,91 g/bitki), kuru ağırlık (11,52-58,73 kg/da), kuru ağırlık (2,30-11,75 g/bitki), protein oranı (%4,49-7,80), sabit yağ oranı (%22,74-26,20), toplam fenolik miktarı (6,39-21,13 mg GAE/g), toplam flavonoid miktarı (2,42-11,44 mg QE/g), FRAP (39,11-73,52 mg QE/g), yağ asitleri; kaprik asit (%24,64-46,6), laurik asit (%12,21-30,09), tridekanoik asit (%0,38-8,8), palmitik asit (%0,24-3,19), miristik asit (%0,29-14,92), cis-10 pentadekanoik asit (%0,7-8,1) tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre; yaş ağırlık verimi bakımından 1423,26 kg/da 1500 kg/da tavuk gübresi, kuru ağırlık verimi bakımından 58,73 kg/da 1500 kg/da tavuk gübresi, protein miktarı bakımından 1750 kg/da hindi gübresi, sabit yağ miktarı bakımından ve kaprik asit bakımından 1000 kg/da hindi gübresi dozları önerilebilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was carried out to determine the effects of different doses of chicken and turkey manure applications on yield and some quality characteristics of bitter melon (Momordica charantia L.) in Bolu ecological conditions in 2021 year. The study was designed according to the Randomized Complete Block Design with 3 replications, and 4 different (1000, 1250, 1500 and 1750 kg/da) turkey and chicken manure doses and control (without manure) were applied. In the study,50% flowering time (55,00-70,33 days), first fruit setting (62,00-79,33 days), plant height (82,23-119,17 cm), fruit length (8,47-11,15 cm), fruit diameter (3,56-4,20 cm), flesh thickness (4,09-5,27 mm), number of seeds (15,97-23,63 number),1000 seed weight (133,17-164,03 g), fresh weight (246,93-1423,26 kg/da), freshweight (49,39-131,91 g/plant), dry weight (11,52-58,73 kg/da), dry weight (2,30-11,75 g/plant), protein content (4,49-7,80%), fatty oil content (22,74-26,2), total phenolic content (6,39-21,13 mg GAE/g), total flavonoid content (2,42-11,44 mg QE/g), FRAP (39,11-73,52 mg QE/g), fatty acids; capric acid (24,64-46,60%), lauric acid (12,21-30,09%), tridecanoic acid (0,38-8,80%), palmitic acid (0,24-3,19%), myristic acid (0,29-14,92%), cis-10 pentadecanoic acid (0,70-8,10%) were deteAccording to the results obtained from the study; 1423,26 kg/da 1500 kg/da chicken manure in terms of fruit yield, 58,73 kg/da 1500 kg/da chicken manure in terms of dry weight yield, 1750 kg/da turkey manure in terms of protein content, 1000 kg/da turkey manure doses in terms of fatty oil and capric acid can be recommended.en_US
