Bu araştırmanın amaca, ilköğretim okullarında yönetimin ilköğretimin amaçlarını gerçekleştirmeye yönelik faaliyetleri eşgüdümlemedeki etkililik derecesine ilişkin ilköğretim müfettişleri ile ilköğretim okullarında.görevli yönetici ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Geliştirilen anket Kocaeli il merkezinde, 19 ilköğretim okulunda görevli 94 yönetici, 190 öğretmen ve aynı ilde görevli 45 İlköğretim Müfettişi'ne uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler frekans, yüzde, T-Testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve Tukey Testi yöntemleriyle SPSS for Windows paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. İlköğretim okullarında yönetimin, ilköğretimin amaçlarım gerçekleştirmeye yönelik faaliyetleri eşgüdümleme çabalarının "Orta Derecede Etkili" ile "Oldukça Etkili" düzeyleri arasında olduğu bulunmuştur. mDenek gruplarının görüşlerinde branş, öğrenim durumu, cinsiyet bakımından anlamlı bir fark bulunamazken görev ve mesleki kıdeme ilişkin anlamlı bir farkın olduğu tespit edilmiştir. ABSTRACT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANAGEMENT AT THE COORDINATION ACTIVITIES TO REALIZE THE PURPOSES OF PRIMARY EDUCATION SCHOOLS by KANDEMİR, Hasan. M.S., Department of Educational Sciences Supervisor: Asist. Prof. Dr. M. Durdu KARSLI September, 1996, xii + 105 pages. The purpose of this research is to identify the views of the principals and the teachers who are assigned at primary education schools and the primary education supervisors about the effectiveness degree of the management of the primary education schools at the coordination of the activities to realize the primary education purposes. Prepared questionnaire was applied at Kocaeli city center, to 94 managers and 190 teachers, both are assigned at 19 primary education school and to 45 primary education school supervisors who are also assigned at the same city. Collected dataswere analyzed through the package program, SPSS for Windows by the methods of frequency distribution, percentage, T-Test, one way analysis of variance and Tukey Test. The efforts to coordinate the activities to realize the purposes of primary education of the management of primary education schools were found between the levels of "Medium Effective" and "Quite Effective" and although it was found that the efforts to coordinate the activities were not "Very Effective", but it was not ineffective at all. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the perceptions of sampling group according to independent variables such as branch, educational level and sex. The results also revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the perceptions of sampling group according to independent variables such as duty and vocational seniority.
