dc.description.abstractSitomegalovirus (CMV) herpes virus ailesinin bir üyesidir. Enfeksiyon vücut sıvıları ile virüsü çıkaran kişilerle yakın temasta olan insanlar arasında yayılır. Primer CMV enfeksiyonu genellikle asemptomatiktir. Bu çalışmada CMV enfeksiyon tanısı konulan yedi vakayı semptom ve laboratuvar bulguları ile beraber sunuyorumen_US
