dc.description.abstractHere we give some approximation theorems concerning pointwise convergence of non- linear m-singular integral operators of Mellin type, of the form: T [m]? (f; x) = ? K?( z,? mk=1 (-1)?-1 (m ?) f(xz?)dz/z, x > 0; m ? N, with kernels satisfying some suitable singularity assumptions. Here ? is a non-empty set of indices with a topology and ?0 an accumulation point of ? in this topology.en_US
