dc.description.abstractÖZET BİLGİ TOPLUMUNDA İLKÖĞRETİM OKULU MÜDÜRLERİNİN ROLLERİ CERİT, Yusuf Doktora, Eğitim Bilimleri Bölümü Tez Danışmanı: Prof. Dr. Canan ÇETİNKANAT Mart, 2001 v + 249 sayfa Bu çalışmanın amacı, bilgi toplumunda ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin rollerinin neler olduğu ile ilgili ilköğretim okulu müdürleri ve öğretmenlerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmada niteliksel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Veriler 10 ilköğretim okulu müdürü ve 10 öğretmenden görüşme yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada kartopu / zincir ve ölçüt örnekleme çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Bilgi toplumunda ilköğretim okulu müdürlerinin rolleri karar verme, planlama, eşgüdümleme, örgütleme, iletişim, değerlendirme, değişimi yönetme, esnek bir yapı kurma, sistemin dinamikleştirilmesi, öğrenen organizasyon oluşturma ve yaşatma, çevreyle ilişkiler, öğretmenleri destekleme, okulu geliştirme, mesleki büyüme ve gelişme, yeniliklere bakış açılan, değer yaratma, takım çalışması, bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımı, vizyon oluşturma ve öğretim liderliği olarak tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT THE ROLES OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION PRINCIPALLS IN INFORMATION SOCIETY CERIT, Yusuf Doctorate, Department of Educational Sciences Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Canan ÇETİNKANAT March,2001 v + 249 pages The aim of this study is to determine the roles of the primary education principalis information society. The opinions of the primary education principalis and teachers are taken as related to the subject. Qualitative method is used in the research. The data were collected with interview method including 10 primary school principles and 10 teachers. In the research snowball/ chain and criterion explanation types are used. Data is analysed by context analyse method. The roles of the primary education principles were determined as; decision making, planning, coordinating, organising, communicating, evaluating, directing the change, forming flexible structure, making the system dynamic, combining and keeping alive a learning organisation, relations with the environment, supporting the teachers, developing the school, professional development and improvement, points of view to innovations, creating value, team work, using information technologies, forming vision, and instructional leadership.en_US
