In this study, a remote cotrol device has been designed and manufacturing for starting and preheating the engine before movement in cold winter days. This is also a security device against the bomb, which Works by vibration or heat. From security point of view, it has been controlled that hand brake is fully applied and the transmission is in neutral. On the vehiches with burglar, alarm, the system automatically turns off the burglar alarm during the starting-up the engine. The starting the engine is sensed by the engine speed and the starter is stooped to keep it in safe.
