Özet
Tracheobronchopathia Osteochondroplastica (TO) is a rare, slowly progressive benign condition characterized by the presence of bony and cartilaginous nodules in the tracheal and bronchial submucosa. 65 years old man attending to chest disease policlinic with chest pain and upper airway obstruction in his spirometry was diagnosed as TO according to thorax CT and fiberoptic bronchoscopy findings. We have presented herein a rare but benign condition sometimes leading to upper airway obstruction and to emphasize the importance of flowvolume loop in follow up of patient.
